Cancellation Policy

We recognize that life happens and last minute emergencies occasionally arise that may prevent you from making it to a scheduled class or appointment.


When you register for a group class through our online booking system you are reserving a spot for that class. Because we have limited spaces, please be mindful that your reserved spot  will be treated as fully paid as it means that someone else can’t have that spot. Should you need to withdraw for any reason, please be considerate by removing your name from the list with as much notice as possible so that someone else can fill the slot. Failure to remove your name from the list without attending the class may result in the class being deducted from your membership.


All personal services (all one on one sessions: coaching, privates, energy healing etc.) cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session rate.


Our community events and workshops often involve outside vendors (presenters, caterers, wellness practitioners, etc.) who require a commitment of numbers in advance of the event. While we do understand that things come up, we ask that you respect our event and workshop cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations prior to 30 days of the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 8 – 29 days of the event/workshop will receive a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event/workshop are not subject to a refund.
  • Should The Space have to cancel an event/workshop for any reason, a full refund will be granted.
