Professional life coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that supports individuals in producing extraordinary results in their lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.
In each meeting or session, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialed and member coaches recognize that results are a matter of the clients intentions, choices, and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the caching process.
Awareness, clarity and creating of new habits takes time. It is suggested that clients commit to themselves to engage in a coaching relationship for a minimum of six months (many clients choose to continue the coaching relationship beyond this initial period but the choice to continue is always at the discretion of the client). Typically coach and client meet either in person or by phone biweekly for 60 minutes however this is open to design as best suits both the client and coach.
By contract as designed by the client and coach.
