Ingrid is a BCRPA and Yoga Alliance CYT-RYT 200 certified Hatha teacher (currently working on her 500 hour certification) and Registered Nurse. After an injury at work Ingrid discovered a love for yoga, and now her goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. Safety and alignment are priority as she guides you with ease through the physical practice of yoga. Her teaching approach is supportive, gentle and compassionate, while maintaining a sense of humor. Focus is on the connection of breath and movement. Ingrid’s firm belief is that there is a yoga practice for every body.
