Edi’s background in fitness and physical movement spans over 20 years of training in gymnastics, figure skating and dance. This combined with over 10 years as a fitness instructor, has enabled Edi to develop a finely tuned understanding of how to assist others to become aware of and familiar with their own body’s subtleties and cues.

In recent years, Edi has introduced her clients to more mindful practices having completed her own training in mat Pilates under the leadership of Anita Seiz, obtaining her Level 2...

Kerri has a light hearted approach to teaching and passionately believes that there is a yoga practice for everyone.

Kerri is excited about sharing the beauty of yoga with anyone who desires the resilience and peace that yoga offers. She is grateful that no matter how crazy things are in the world, the mat is always there.

Kerri loves the way that yoga transforms from the inside out - not just healing our bodies but also our hearts and minds. She has experienced the healing effects of yoga firsthand after suffering from depression and anxiety for years.

Ingrid is a BCRPA and Yoga Alliance CYT-RYT 200 certified Hatha teacher (currently working on her 500 hour certification) and Registered Nurse. After an injury at work Ingrid discovered a love for yoga, and now her goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. Safety and alignment are priority as she guides you with ease through the physical practice of yoga. Her teaching approach is supportive, gentle and compassionate, while maintaining a sense of humor. Focus is on the connection of breath and movement. Ingrid’s firm belief is that there is a yoga practice for every body.

Linda is a BCRPA and YMCA certified Yoga Fitness Instructor, certified in Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga. Her Hatha classes provide a well-balanced combination of flowing poses meant to invigorate and strengthen, and include balance and flexibility training. Her Yin classes offer gentle postures that stimulate the connective tissues to encourage flexibility of the joints and recharge the body’s energetic system. Her Restorative classes inspire balance and renewal and nurture a state of wellness.

Tobey loves living and playing on Canada’s beautiful West Coast. She is a Certified Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor and also loves teaching Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.

Tobey completed her 200H Kirpalu Yoga Teachers Training at Trinity Yoga Centre in Kelowna, BC in 2012 and has since enjoyed teaching in private and public settings. Her playful approach on and off the water is based on training and practice in her own body, while valuing all abilities.

I am a certified yoga teacher under the instruction of Chris Chavez. In 2013 I became a Yoga Tune Up® teacher. This method is a unique program that uses corrective exercises, yoga poses and self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls. Recently I received certification in Pilates Mat under the instruction of Anita Seiz, and FRCTM, a method that emphasizes joint health.
